Apple
Butter Bars
Combine
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 1/2 Cups Quick Oats, uncooked
5 1/2 Cups Sugar
Stir in
1 Cup Butter, melted
Press into greased 9 x 13 " pan.
Top with
1 1/2 Cups Apple Butter
Sprinkle with
remaining crumb mixture, and
press gently with back of spoon.
Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
Cool and cut into bars.
