Using your favorite
Pie Crust Recipe,
roll dough and cut
into 2 1/2" squares.
Brush each square with
Egg White.
Fold corners to meet in middle.
Press down in middle, slightly.
Brush with
Egg White
and sprinkle with
Sugar.
Bake
at 450 for about
15 minutes.
When done,
cut a samll hole in middle
of the pastry
and fill with Apricot Jam.
