Blueberry Pecan French Toast
Slice French Bread and
arrange in 9 x 13" baking dish.
Whisk together and
pour over bread:
6 Eggs
3 Cups Whole Milk
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Vanilla
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
Chill until moisture is absorbed,
about 8 hours
Sprinkle with
1 Cup Pecans, toasted and
3 Cups Blueberries
Drizzle with 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
melted in 1/2 Stick Butter
Bake at 400 until liquid bubbles.
Serve with Blueberry Syrup
