Barbecue Sauce
Parboil
5 lbs. Chicken thighs,
wings and drumsticks
for 3-7 minutes.
Drain, pat dry
and arrange in a flat pan.
Combine:
1/3 Cup Water
2 Cloves Garlic
1 medium Onion, chopped
2 Cups Tomato Sauce
1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Cup Cherry Jam
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
Heat 5-7 minutes.
Use to marinade chicken
at least 4 hours
in refrigerator before
grilling or broiling.
