Apple Cheesecake
Cream
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
2 Egg Yolks
2 oz. Powdered Sugar
Grated Rind & Juice of 1 Lemon
2/3 cup Whipping Cream
4 Tbsp Crab Apple Jelly
Dissolve
5 oz. Gelatin
in 5 Tbsp Apple Juice
in bowl over hot water.
Stir into cheese mixture.
Whisk
2 Egg Whites
and 2 oz. Sugar until stiff.
Fold into cheese mixture.
Fill favorite Cheese Cake Crust
Chill until set.
Garnish with
melted Crab Apple Jelly
and Whipped Cream.
