Peach-a-cot
Potatoes
Bring to boil:
1/2 Cup Peach-a-cot Jam
1/2 Cup Water
Simmer for 5 minutes,
Stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, add:
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
Peel and Cut
4 Large Sweet Potatoes
lengthwise into 8 wedges
Baste Potatoes
with 1/2 sauce recipe.
Bake at 350
Baste with remaining sauce
after 20 minutes.
Continue baking until tender.
