Bring to boil over low heat:
1 Cup Plum Jam
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1/4 tsp. Ginger Powder
1/4 tsp. Allspice
1 pinch Garlic Salt
1/3 -1/2 Cup Water
Cool
and store in refrigerator.
Use with favorite Duck
or Chinese recipes.
