Strawberry
Rhubarb Jam Cookies
Cream
3/4 lbs. Butter, softened
3/4 Cup Sugar
Add
3 Cups Flour
3 Egg Yolks
1 tsp. Vanilla
Mix well
Form dough into 1" balls.
Make indention in center of
each ball with your thumb.
Fill each hole with
Strawberry Rhubarb Jam
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes at 350.
